TRAVEL DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

In the event that you or a member of your group is unable to attend due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions or illness, you will have the option of changing your dates or holding any monies paid as a credit towards a future date. Please simply call or email us so we can discuss your circumstances.

MASKS

To comply with state government health requirements all guests must wear a face masks at all times whilst on our buses unless you have a medical exemption.

We reserve the right to refuse entry on our buses if COVID-109 requirements are not adhered to.

All Wine Wheels buses are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each group.

We would like to assure you that we are committed to the health and wellbeing of all guests, visitors and our wonderful staff. We're working proactively to stay up-to-date, ensuring we are across and following all official guidelines and communication provided to us by the Australian Government Health Department and the Victorian Tourism Industry Council.

If you're considering booking a package with us, we understand the need for some flexibility in the event that a COVID-19 diagnosis precludes you or a member of your party from traveling. Our Booking Terms & Conditions allow for penalty free date changes to your booking OR the option to hold your payment in credit to be used in the future when you're ready to rebook. This gives you peace of mind to book your package knowing you won't be penalised should COVID-19 disrupt your plans.

Our focus is to ensure a safe environment for our guests and staff. We ask that anyone who is at risk, according to current official advice, please refrain from attending.
